iTA Meets

iTA Meets is born from everyday clinical practice, in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Oncology Groups (MOG) of AULSS 3 SERENISSIMA in Venice Mestre, with the goal of providing a tool and computerized support system capable of improving the interaction and organizational-management activities of the MOG.

iTA Meets is a web-based management platform dedicated to optimizing multidisciplinary workflows during all stages of planning, organizing, and executing discussions.

The main features of iTA Meets allow users to:

• Create and manage multidisciplinary teams;
• Create and manage multidisciplinary meetings;
• Prepare and upload patient records;
• Keep track of an attendance register;
• Collect data and conduct statistical analyses.

iTA Meets helps to reduce the time related to the management of each meeting by providing the ability to prepare structured forms for presenting clinical cases to the multidisciplinary group, gather and share documentation with the team in preparation for the meeting, and generate minutes for the cases discussed at the end of each meeting.

The uniqueness of iTA Meets lies in the ability to customize the application according to the needs of the center, with particular attention to the integration of radiological and radiotherapy imaging, made possible through a web viewer that can be linked to the platform iTA Web.
